Ads That Beat the Control
3 hours → 25 minutes per batch · CPA −31% vs control.
The numbers
Before, and after. Every figure is on her résumé.
3 hours25 minTime per creative batch- −31%CPA vs control
The case
What it cost before. And the system that replaced it.
The cost of waiting
A batch of ad and email creative took three hours, with no shared view from click to revenue.
- Goal
- Test more creative, faster, and keep only what wins.
- What I built
- Variants drafted with Claude and Figma, A/B tests against a control in Meta and Google Ads (Performance Max, Smart Bidding), a fixed experiment log, and one view from ad click to Klaviyo signup and revenue (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI).

Why it works
The decoy. Design pricing tiers deliberately, not alphabetically.
A clearly weaker option makes its neighbour look better. Every variant meets a control, so the winner earns its budget against a real alternative instead of an opinion.
